Arcadia Beach Guest House has something for everyone, from four bed dorm rooms to luxury suites. None of our rooms have bunk beds and all have air condition units (except our Safari Tents which have 2 floor fans). We have lots of different areas for our guests to relax so everyone has their own space. Our two kitchens are fully equipped with cookers, frying pans, toasters, kettle, toasted sandwich maker, grills, in fact everything you need to cook all your meals. All our facilities including pool table, TV areas, swimming pool, bbqs and wood fired pizza oven are FREE for guests to use. We are right opposite the beach and stunning sunrise dispalys from the property deck are always a good way to start the day!
Arcadia Beach Guest house is a unique laid back experience, offering the perfect Island getaway. The property is nestled between tropical gardens at the rear of the property and the beach directly across the road.\n\nRelax on the front deck equipped with BBQ facilities, or choose to unwind in one of our communal spaces which boast a fully equipped kitchen, generous open air lounge with TV, dining areas, a free pool table and outdoor pizza oven. The local supermarket is a 1 minute walk, and the bottle shop, pub and restaurants are all within a 5 minute walk.\n\nArcadia Beach Guest House and Car Hire is located directly across from the beautiful Geoffrey Bay Marine Park hosting many varieties of marine life. It has wonderful snorkeling opportunities with the self-guided snorkel trail and Molke shipwreck at your doorstep. Stroll to the end of the bay to see the rock wallabies or take a bush walk to amazing lookouts and see koalas in their natural habitat.\nWe hire open top 4WDs and enclosed wagons so you head off to the more remote and picturesque beaches of Radical Bay, Arthur Bay and Florence Bay (some walking involved) for some snorkeling and finish the day taking in the awesome sunset at Westpoint.\n\nThe property is a 20-minute ferry journey from mainland Townsville and a 3-minute drive from Nelly Bay Harbor and Marina. Busses meet every ferry, or you can book a private transfer direct with us (small fee applies). Magnetic Island National Park and the Magnetic Island Golf Course are both a 7-minute drive away.\n\nWe offer a range of accommodations to suit all budgets, from small dorm rooms (maximum 4 beds with no bunks) to a luxurious ensuited apartment with it’s own balcony overlooking the ocean.
