Important Notes:
1. Key Collection:
The keys must be collected from a store near the building (300 meters away).
The check-in time is between 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
The check-out time is by 10:00 am.
2. Building Facilities:
All guests must do a building induction with the building management to access the swimming pools, gym and other facilities.
The inductions are every Monday and Wednesday from 7:00 PM.
Once your booking is confirmed with us, you will receive a communication from the building management to fill up an online form before the induction day.
During the induction day, you go to the building concierge in the building lobby before 7:00 PM.
Please note, we cannot guarantee access to the facilities if you do not complete the induction.
3. Sofa Bed:
We have a sofa bed in the living room that guests can use.
We provide the linen for the sofa bed and the guests are required to put them on the sofa bed if they need to use it.
